It works because...
Since all of the panel assemblies are the same size, they
can be interchanged with any other panel assembly. So panels
with outlets in them can be changed with solid panels anywhere
in the system.
And since all of the cabling is Plug & Play, Outlets can
be disconnected and re-connected at will, without any tools.
But in most instances outlet relocations can occur without
disconnection.
And cabling is completely accessible by simply removing the
panel assemblies that cover them.
